Automation August Jumpstart – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Automation August Jumpstart service ("Service") provided by Bizlutions ("Provider", "we", "our", or "us"). By submitting the registration form and booking a kickoff call, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description
The Automation August Jumpstart is a one-time, fixed-scope service offered at $599. The service includes:

Marketing tech stack audit

Funnel and lead flow mapping
-
Setup of one (1) marketing automation workflow in your existing platform
-
A 2-hour strategy and training session (recorded)
-
A custom priority roadmap with 3–5 suggested next steps

2. Eligibility and Availability
This offer is available exclusively during August 2025. Bizlutions reserves the right to accept or deny service requests based on capacity or fit.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment of $599 will be collected after your kickoff call.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.

Work will not proceed beyond the initial kickoff call until payment is received in full.

Payment can be made via methods specified on the invoice.​

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful outcome, you agree to:

Complete the intake form with accurate information

Attend the scheduled kickoff and strategy sessions
-
Provide access to relevant marketing tools or platforms, as needed
-
Respond to communications in a timely manner

Failure to provide the necessary information or cooperation may delay delivery or limit the effectiveness of the Service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because this is a limited-capacity, time-sensitive service, the following applies:

If you cancel more than 48 hours before your kickoff call, your spot may be offered to another participant.

If you cancel or fail to attend your kickoff call without notice, we reserve the right to decline further engagement.

Once the kickoff call is complete and work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

If there are scheduling conflicts or emergencies, rescheduling within reason will be accommodated where possible.
​
6. Intellectual Property
All materials created during this engagement (automation workflows, documentation, reports, and training materials) are owned by you once payment is received in full. Bizlutions retains the right to reference anonymized aspects of the project for marketing or case study purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
Bizlutions will provide services with reasonable skill and care, but makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue, conversion rates). In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Service.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during this engagement, including login credentials, client lists, and business strategies.

9. Future Services
This package does not include ongoing support beyond the one-time engagement. Additional services (ongoing automation management, CRM cleanup, campaign consulting, etc.) may be offered under a separate agreement.
